I know that you are out of control, you don’t listen to your Superiors, you are breaking rules!  you know your behavior is wrong, and I am here to get your back on track the HARD way.  Leather, wood, rubber, it all works for me.  Corporal punishment is a last resort, but maybe that is what you need and it does have lasting results.  Once I’m done with you,  you will leave with a focused mind and a bruised backside!
